Because every jewelry item is made to your order, please allow 5 - 7 business days before you receive your order. Most orders will ship sooner, however, we want to ensure the highest quality workmanship on every piece of jewelry we produce... so please allow sufficient time for the individual designing and processing of your jewelry order.

Typically the authorization process is instantaneous; however the actual charge to your card takes 1-3 days. Your order will usually have shipped by the time your card is charged.

Due to the exclusive nature of our business we treat every order as a custom order... we do not mass produce our jewelry in a factory overseas. All of the jewelry components that go into our designs are purchased and assembled here in the USA. When each order is received we then assemble each individual jewelry design.

We will send you an e-mail confirmation as soon as we receive your order, as well as another confirmation when we ship your order. Please be certain to provide us with your correct email address as the order notification is automated and doesn't recognize discrepancies

At this time we ship to USA and Canadian Postal zip codes only.

If you require rush shipment please e-mail us and we will make every effort to accomodate your request.

Email us at specialshipping@zsnmore.com with your special shipping needs and we will notify you of the additional costs for "Rush" or "Alternate" shipping. We do not ship UPS at this time.

At this time we ship US Postal Service using certified/insured mail. This method requires that you sign for your shipment upon arrival.

You should receive your order in 5 - 7 postal days, depending on where in the U.S. or Canada you are located. So from the time you receive our e-mail notification of shipment, your order should arrive within 5 - 7 postal days, unless you have requested and paid for special or Rush shipping.

Because we ship certified mail you will be required to sign for your delivery. This provides the necessary safeguards needed when shipping some of our more expensive items.

Each order we handle, pack and ship is fully inspected before it is shipped to ensure that your order has been filled properly and that all contents of your order are included.

This is done for two reasons:

1. Some of our jewelry pieces are costly and to protect ourselves from theft, every order in our quality control department is carefully handpacked and inspected by two people before the package is sealed.

2. We want to keep our jewelry prices down, and double inspecting every order before shipment guarantees our customers will receive exactly what they order. Our customers are the most important part of our business. We guarantee your order will be correct.
