Simply stated: We guarantee all of our jewelry 100% and we will give you a full refund or replacement if you are not satisfied with any jewelry purchase from us.Our guarantee includes two things: First, a full 30 day inspection by you before you wear the jewelry item and request a refund... and second, a Limited lifetime guarantee against defects in workmanship. However, it does not include returning non-defective jewelry to us that has visible signs of wear.
Our Limited Lifetime warranty is this: any ZsNmore beaded jewelry design is guaranteed to last for many years. Each beaded jewelry design is strung using 7-strand, nylon-coated wire. And this wire is flexible enough so it doesn't interfere with wearing the jewelry. The strength of this wire plus the finished ends of each item guarantees that no beads will ever come loose from the design. In fact, the only way to unstring our jewelry is to use wire cutters and cut the wire.
We also use jump rings that have been soldered closed... there are no openings for the wire to slip through. These jump rings are then strung through the wire and the wire is strung back through several beads and finished off with heavy-duty crimp beads. The crimp beads are crimped in place to securely hold the jump rings onto the wire. If a necklace or bracelet were accidentally yanked off, your beads will stay intact... you won't be chasing beads all over the floor. You may need the clasp repaired or replaced if this were to happen, but your fine jewelry will still be wearable.
If you drop any glass bead necklace or bracelet some of the beads may break, so please take extra care with your jewelry.
Due to the exclusive nature of our designs, (especially those made from natural stones) there may be variations in color or pattern of some pieces.
Should you be unhappy with any jewelry design you receive from us, simply return the item in new, unused condition within 30 days after you receive your order and we will refund your money.

- If you wish to return any jewelry item you must contact us either through our e-mail address or directly at our business address within 30 days of receiving your order. (We do allow time for mail service so you actually have 30 full days of inspection, then notify us if you want to make a return.)
- You must return your jewelry item in its original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip.
- You must not wear the jewelry as we do not sell used jewelry. If there are visible signs of wear in the jewelry item you return (other than jewelry returned due to defects), we will not honor the refund and we will return the jewelry item to you.
- When shipping your jewelry to us you must send it insured, for the value of the jewelry item, and certified. Certified mail requires us to sign for the package and you'll receive a card returned to you so you know we have received your package.
- We do not guarantee lost stones. Our quality control department takes special care in checking each jewelry item before it is shipped. Once you wear the jewelry and lose a stone it is often due to bumping the stone loose. We are not responsible for the individual use of our jewelry or subsequent loss of stones due to accidents caused to our jewelry.
- Proper care should be taken when cleaning your ZsNmore jewelry designs. If you follow the care instructions included with your jewelry order you should be able to enjoy the beauty of your jewelry for many years.
- We do not guarantee our jewelry if you wear it in the pool or the ocean as chlorine, salt water and other chemicals will have a negative effect on the finish of some glass beads, natural stones and other metals. Whether you purchase your jewelry from us or someone else, any chemicals that come in contact with costume jewelry will eventually eat away at the finish of the jewelry.
- If any ZsNmore jewelry piece displays signs of defects in workmanship or materials, e-mail us with the problem and we will make arrangements for repair or replacement... or a full-refund if you prefer, the choice is yours.
